Helsinki Design Week

I'm officially flying off to Finland next month to make a visit to Helsinki Design Week!  I am so excited for this trip, after working hard freelancing over the past few months I thought it was only right to treat myself to a little holiday.

I've been wanting to visit Scandinavia for a while and as I'm writing my dissertation on Finnish Design, what better reason than to visit the home of Marimekko! I cannot wait to explore the Design District and visit all the colourful shops and museums. No doubt I'll be returning with a suitcase full of Finnish goodies and lots of research for my project.
