Today I made my first BIG envelope cushion using the wood print fabric I bought from Ikea a few months ago. I haven't made a cushion since my high school days and it was way more fun than I remembered. Anyway, it got me thinking why don't I make handmade cushions with my OWN fabric. So this is the plan for this coming year.
In a few months time I'll be opening up a little online shop to sell small editions of hand-printed textiles and paper goods (the likes of cushions, notebooks, prints, etc). Despite having a very busy 3rd year of uni ahead of me, this is something I've been thinking about doing for a long time, and there's no time like the present!
I'm really excited to start printing and making and will be posting updates on here along the way. Exciting times!
